This is a quiet country home with donkeys, goats, chickens, roosters nearby. There is no chicken coop, but it is a consideration if you want to put one in and keep chickens. Lots of opportunity here. We just need to discuss.

Large 40' x 80' workshop with office and bathroom and attached storage is rentable as well (for $1000) If you do NOT want/need workshop, it WILL be rented to another party who will have their own front gate controller and will be able to enter the property for the workshop only with agreeable acess hours. Pets negotiable with $150 deposit each pet. NO smoking allowed anywhere on this property. NO subleasing. Anyone living on property needs to be disclosed on application.
