Description

Two-bedroom, one bath home available for rent on or around February 7th. Water, sewer, trash pick-up and lawn maintenance is included in rent and the range is provided. The refrigerator, washing machine and dryer can remain in the home if tenant wishes to use it. Attached storage room located on back of home for outdoor storage.

You can view the property on or after February 10th by bringing a $60 cash key deposit and photo ID to our office any time between 9am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, and 9am-11:30am on Fridays.

Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $60 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.

Pets are not allowed on this property at this time.

Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "

Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."

    "We can ride our bikes over to Walmart, Dairy Queen and Sam’s Club, although I wouldn’t let children do this unsupervised. We can also walk to these places. We are only 5 minutes to the mall, and other shopping areas; and the Post Office. It is a great location."
