About this House

Your Z estimate is about $50K below value. My tax value is more than what you have on here. Also there are 2 new homes in the neighborhood area which are probably valued from $350- $450K. I have indicated that I have done a lot of updating & painted & resided the outside... you raised the estimate $8K but your site says the value has dropped $4K in the last month. This makes no sense.

    "There are wonderful, helpful neighbors in this community. It’s a beautiful private, gated subdivision with each lot being about an acre Timberlake offer mature trees, and beautifully landscaped homes. Some lots are still available. We have an HOA, and things get done in here:)"

Lots of kids leave nearby and hang out together but they all are well behaved and don’t take up the street.
