1211 E. GRIMES STREET, HARLINGEN TX, 78550...this house is not for rent and if we get $77,500.00 we will end up with the zestimate price... NOTE: we had our 3 lot subdivision listed with a realty but our contract was up 2/14/2017 and we need $100 K to move so give me a call so we can discuss selling everything that's ( FOR SALE BY OWNER and the only (OWNER FINANCE) is if someone buys a lot on the subdivision with a 20% down payment (OR) $40K down for all 3 lots with a balloon payment in 10 years and 7.75% interest... call about Westman Estates Subdivision with all 3 lots registered at the Brownsville courthouse and all have tax IDs... if you have $104K we would owner finance the subdivision (AND YOU WILL GET THE DEED TO THE HOUSE) and the balance will be the down payment on the subdivision and if you need more info call... This house was completely remodeled after we bought it less than 5 years ago and if you bought it and paid someone to do all the work we did you would have probably over $100K into the house so if you want your house to pay for itself or your a winter Texan that needs a place for the keeper to stay, this house is for you... We built the apartment which has it's own entrance for extra income and rented it out for $625 per month... Picture #2 was the house when we bought it and if the apartment is rented out it's a 2 bed 2 bath but we sold most things because we expect someone that has kids will buy it because there's 3 schools less than 1 mile away and then it would be 3 bed 2 bath if the living room is used for a bedroom and that's why it's listed as a 3 bed 2 bath house... I put a picture on showing the cut in the curb where the driveway used to be before this house was built in 1980 and a loop driveway can be put in and spaces to park 4 cars if someone buys this to have 2 rentals and there's a storage room by the bathroom that would be easy to put a washer and dryer into if that is your intention... as of now I built 2 parking places in back because the renter parked in front... the patio has walls and 2 openings with 2 double doors installed with the floor left as a patio... the apartment and workshop I built from the patio required all new wiring so a new larger breaker panel was relocated and installed... the living room is wired for surround sound and the patio got speaker wires ran to it also... the central A/C was old and went bad so I relocated it from the back to the side and now it has a new inside and outside central A/C and heat and all new copper tubing... a large water heater was installed about 2 years ago... 4 new aluminum windows were installed in front and now has a new front door, security door, large porch and planter box in front of the apartment... a sprinkler system was added in back and in front... a carport was added in the back and I built a large entrance gate to get into the carport... new carpet was installed in the living room and bedroom and flooring in the kitchen and dining... call or come by anytime because were retired... you won't find another double rental for this cheap in Harlingen and if you bought this house and hired someone to do everything we did it would cost more than were selling it for... come and check it out if it's what your looking for... thank you and have a good day... our cell # is 956-622-6664
