Outstanding large lot just steps from the beach. Wonderful location to build a full time or weekend home close to the beach and to downtown Long Beach. The lot is 88 feet wide in front, 125 feet deep on both sides and 104 feet wide in back. The lot is completely cleared and ready to build. The original lot was 175 feet wide but buyers said that was too big for a single home and the realtors wanted to list it at $130,000 plus so to make it more affordable and smaller to build on and less land to mow and maintain we are cutting the lot in half to the above smaller dimensions. Lots are selling very fast in Long Beach and many new homes being built so that is proof it is a GREAT place to live
