We know how important the bedroom is, which is why we've outfitted each bedroom with items such as bedside tables, lamps, and tasteful light fixtures.

BACKYARD

Welcome to your very own private backyard getaway! There's so much to do here that you might not even get around to exploring the Dallas area! Splish and splash to your heart's content in the free-form outdoor swimming pool. Lounge on one of the poolside loungers and work on your tan. When you're hungry, grab a bite on the covered patio. Later in the evening, gather around the fire pit and see how many constellations you can identify.

 OTHER AMENITIES

Free parking is available to all guests. Two vehicles can fit in the garage, plus another two on the driveway.

Complimentary use of the washer and dryer is included with all stays.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electricity, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the garage, or driveway.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 month.
* Please note that listing prices are subject to change during the summer season due to increased demand associated with the World Cup and related events.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.

    "Ronne Drive near MacArthur. This area is close to shopping and some restaurants. It is quiet, clean and feels safe at night. There are no roaming dogs and neighbors keep their homes in excellent condition. There are no clubs or bars nearby which helps keep crime to an almost non-existent level. Nobody parks on their yard or runs a business from their home. I would recommend this immediate area for anyone over 40 that wants to live in a well-kept, safe, community near transportation, dining, and multiple shopping venues."
