Like a long term suitehotel/motel but waaaaay more affordable. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, both with jetted tubs and showers. Rooms are large, furnished, and have beds, dressers and nightstands as well as linens. You are welcome to bring your own furnishings, within reason There's a fully stocked kitchen as well as a dining room, sitting room and small reading/office room available for your use and enjoyment. Garage parking is available also. Our home is in a quiet Riverton neighborhood, is well located for quick freeway access, shopping and parks and the main level is wheelchair accessible. Wonderful views from the deck which overlooks the Jordan river. Quick access to parks,trails, shopping and I -15, transit.
 Rooms are furnished with bed, linen, dresser, and basic amenities. You are welcome to bring your own furnishings, within reason.
PLEASE NOTE: This rental is for the upstairs of a single family home with a basement apartment with separate entry. Also, please request viewings at least 24 hrs in advance as arrangements to show must be made with current downstairs tenants.
