2014 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home on rented lot. $200/month lot rent that includes water, sewer and garbage. Open floor plan. Full size walk in shower in master bathroom. Patio door leading onto 16x12 deck. Front deck 6x6. Large lot on quiet, secluded trailer park surrounded by Forest Service but only 2 miles from town. Parking for 3 or more vehicles. Small pets by prior approval of landlord. Propane stove and heat with 500 gallon rented tank on lot. All propane in tank included (almost full). Central heat and air. Fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher and built in microwave included, all in very good or like new condition, plus washer and drier if required. Some furniture also available by separate negotiation. Can be moved or left where it currently is by filling out an application through the trailer court's owner.
