Hello! A 2nd floor apartment will be available on September 7th in Wheaton, off Roosevelt Rd. and President St. approximately 900 square feet, this affordable apartment is perfect for college students or couples wanting to live in Wheaton. No pets are allowed; tenant(s) must be able to pass a credit check. A check of $744 for the prorated first month rent, plus a security deposit of $930, will be due upon moving in. If you have any questions, please contact me and I'll be happy to answer any additional questions. Pictures provided will give you a general sense of the apartment, but it will have a bit of clutter as I prepare to move out of the unit.

Lease will run from September 7th through the end of May 2019.

Landlord pays for water, sewage, waste removal, plowing.

Tenant pays for Electric (electric heat and an AC unit in the living room are both electric), as well as Cable/Internet.

Two parking spots are included in the rear parking lot. There is coin operated laundry available on the first floor. A storage unit is also provided on the first floor.
