This is a lease takeover. The lease goes until May 25th and you have the option to renew from there. Rent is 1680 a month and a one-time deposit of 1000, including the fee to sublease. The place is very nice and spacious but roommates are looking to move out so figured subleasing the whole place is the way to go.

Ive had nothing but good experiences from management and their online portal makes it very easy to pay bills and put in a maintenance request. Perfect size for 3 or 4 people to live in but of course, you can fit more.

Does not allow pets BUT very easy process to register an ESA animal.

Please be aware that if we come to an agreement you may need to undergo the following requirements listed by the rental company:
Application W/ fee per adult 18+
Make 3 times the rent amount (cumulative household) (cosigners welcome)
Undergo a background check

The owner pays for water.
The owner pays for yard service.
The lease goes until May 25th and you have the option to renew from there.
No pets but easy process to set up an ESA animal.
Small cement parking spot and a big gravel area to park.
No smoking inside.
