Wheelchair ramp and handicap door hinges help with wheelchair access and door widening throughout. Carport addition in 2010, some updates in 2015. This is a 55+ community and new potential owners must be approved by the park manager in advance of purchase. "SELLER IS LEAVING A $2000 CREDIT FOR CARPET AT CLOSING" since carpet shampooer could not make them right.
