I am writing a review of this school because everyone thinks so highly of it when in reality it is not even close to the best school. The teachers are wonderful and passionate about their jobs, but most of the staff mostly cares about their social status and not of the progress of the students. They are often unaware of all the terrible happenings at this school or at least choose to ignore them. I advise people to be aware of all of these schools, while it may have decent grades, the students themselves are not learning how to be responsible considering things other than academics.

This is a terrible school and they are very biased when it comes to certain students. I will not let another one of my kids attend this school again.

Horrible district and school policies for bullying and harassment. My child has been going there for the past 5 years and every year my child has been either assaulted, harassed, or bullied. Each time I was never notified by the school (theirs and districts policy) only by my child. There was only one year, where the school removed the child from the school, that was assaulting my child. Another year, we thought things were getting better but then the group of girls that were harassing my child almost jumped my child. And the disciplinary action taken by the school against them?? Only one of them being suspended for a day and my child being told she shouldn’t be engaging in that behavior. Yet, that entire school year, the school was trying to make all of them be “friends”. Once again, my child is being harassed by the same group of girls, making gun gestures and telling my child she shouldn’t be allowed to live. The staff member who allegedly talk to all parties involved chalked it up to, all the girls, even my child, are at fault. I’m sorry if anyone is abusing my child like that repeatedly, I hope my child defends them self in any way they feel is necessary. Ooh and the porn drawings in all the kids restrooms are a great touch. My kid tells me the drawings are all over the bathroom stalls and the janitors try to clean them but new ones appear once the janitor is gone. Other kids at that school have been using school computers to show other kids explicit content.
