620+ credit score, gross income must be at least 3 x the rent, clean background check, and deposit = to 1 months rent, additional rent and deposit required for pets. Conditional approvals available with income and or cosigner. All adults 18 and over who plan to reside in the unit must fill out a separate credit application. There is a $40 non-refundable fee per application. The fee can be paid by cash or check only at this time. A separate application and fee must be submitted for each adult (18+). FULL-TIME STUDENTS living with their parents are not required to fill out an application unless their income or credit is to be considered as part of the application. You may mail the application and fee to our office at Arlington Homes 16091 Swingley Ridge Road, Suite 300 Chesterfield, MO 63017.     "OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
