Description

Your Lucky Day! Wonderfully updated, uniquely laid out 2 bedroom , 2 1/2 bath, 3 living area home with basement on over an acre in Buffalo! The home is filled with character, sits on a corner lot (the property consists of 3 lots and BONUS you could always sell off the 3rd lot or build another home on it) with circle drive and has city water and sewer. The front yard has nice shade trees and the back yard is fenced with not just one, but TWO storage buildings! You will see pride of ownership when step inside to the remodeled open floor plan. Beautiful flooring, gorgeous cabinetry and counter-tops with breakfast bar, new lighting and a cozy fireplace make the kitchen/living and dining the heart of the home. Just off of the kitchen/dining area is the second living space which is currently being used as a formal dining room and it looks amazing. The main floor also boasts two bedrooms, one with private half bath, and a spacious full bath with laundry area. The best part is coming up....the owner's made best use of the living space downstairs by using it is as their master suite, including large master bath. Plenty of room for king-sized furniture and you will love the walk-in closet. The 3rd living area downstairs exits to the attached two car garage (it would make a perfect media room as it has no windows or a nice, quiet office area!) Call today to see this Buffalo Beauty!
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"I have lived in Buffalo for 15 years. It has a good small town feel. I leave my doors unlocked most of the time. It’s only 30 minutes to Springfield. It has a great school."
  • Mgk1118
"I drive 20 miles to work. The traffic is light and the drive is pleasant. It is a two lane highway between Buffalo and Bolivar."
  • Melissa S.
"for the most part the people in my neighborhood keep their animals from running loose in their own"
  • Cathybakerduncan
"I have only lived here a few months but have met some of our neighbors. They all seem nice and even though we live outside the city limits we are just a few minutes away from anything we need. I do so far really like it here."
  • Cathybakerduncan
"We just moved here but it feels like home. The neighborhood is nice and private and the neighbors are nice people. We feel welcomed in this town."
  • Elizabeth H.
"nothing that's why I'm moving I hate this town I don't like the people in it they are mean and hateful and some of them tried killing my grandma and the cops are to ignorant to do anything about it they looked at the drugs these people were sailing out of her house and said they couldn't do nothing without their permission since they were recently put in jail on drug chargers after being pulled over. after they stole every done she had to go gambling on it. and told me just to throw the drugs and pills and paraphinla in the trash it took my grandma weeks to get her head straight because they were driving her to make her sleep so they didn't have to take care of her and they could take everything worth anything out of here I hate it here. then told me when I came in to clean up a nightmare mess that they were watching me cause they know wat I'm doing here."
