Water included; renter responsible for electric and gas. Dog fees and move-in/move-out fees due directly to the Silverton association (not paid to owner). As of 8/12, Silverton one-time move-in/move-out fee is $500, which includes reservation of loading dock and elevator, and dog fee is $200/dog/year (prorated quarterly). (No fees for cats.) No smoking. Unit wired for Verizon (FIOS available), RCN, or Comcast for TV/Internet.

    "Although I don’t depend on public information the commute is quite average. Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
