Description

Beautiful land in the edge of resort community. Country living but close to city. Private road down to clearing with a two bedroom, two bath mobile home with deck. The pictures were taken after I cut the road through the woods. All of the driveway has been covered with gray gravel since I took these pictures. Flowing stream, small pond, trails through the woods for walking or hunting. Large deer,fox and turkey. Hardwood and pine trees. Delicious blackberries growing along the driveway every summer. Climate is so nice. Mild weather. 4 miles from city limits of Crossville, TN. 1.5 miles from Interstate 40. Very private and peaceful place. The nicest people in the world.
