Description

Come walk through this quaint home with an inviting floor plan. Located minutes from the center of Westfield, Sadie Knox Playground, and other local amenities. This home offers beautiful hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, and all 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have carpet over hardwood flooring). Walk in the front door and head either into the living room or straight in to the spacious kitchen where you will find not one but 2 ovens. Grab a cold drink and head out the back door onto a spacious deck for some relaxation. Plenty of yard to have a large garden or entertain guest in the approximately 2 year old 12' x 30' "he-shed" or "she-shed." This one of 2 sheds offers counter space, a garage door on the front, double doors on the side, and plenty of interior space for any and all your needs. The other shed is perfect for storing your yard care needs. Take a dip in the pool to cool off on those hot summer days. With a little TLC you can make this house your home!

"There are a few events throughout the year that are held downtown the bring people together in the center and support local businesses which is nice."
  • Elizabeth Desmarais
"Quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors; many of which we know on a first name basis. Quick access to downtown. Convenient location. Lots of options for retail, groceries, activity/leisure. We love the location of our home. "
  • Asi924
"Great safe neighborhoods surround this area. The majority are older and friendly. New great younger families have been moving in which is a breath of fresh air. Over all very welcoming. "
  • Ortizgermany
"There’s so many kid-friendly places around and very friendly neighbors. I definitely feel safe everywhere I go in Westfield."
  • Lynziewk
"It is a nice neighborhood for walking or riding your bikes. It is safe for older kids to walk or ride reasonable distances in pairs or groups during the day. "
  • Carolanncrosier
"People are always walking their dogs and most residents own a dog. Recommend a fence as there are foxes, fisher cats and other wildlife. "
  • K.lafountaine82
"It's congested getting from the Southern outskirts of town to the Pike but on the North end it's a snap. Traffic gets congested here as many folks use Westfield as a thru-way to access the hill towns and the town's in general that border Westfield."
  • Larissa C.
"Normally, the farmers market would be open in Westfield center and also many tag sales and flea markets tend to pop up in the neighborhood. "
  • Tracydegray
"I see people walking dogs all the time. Safe place to walk them. Nice park here Stanley Park. People keep their dogs on leashes."
  • Nadnekon
"We have been living here for 3 years now. It’s a safe place to live and raise kids. Easy access to Mass Pike. "
  • Mallory K.
"I drive my own vehicle on the Mass Pike to get to work daily. There is no public transportation option that is viable to get me from Westfield to where I work in Springfield. there is a bus system but it would take over an hour and several transfers. Westfield is a community where you need your own vehicle. "
  • Ashleeroe82
"There a frequently free concerts on the “greens” in the summer. Which is the center of town. They also do seasonal celebrations as well. There’s a farmers market on Thursday. We host a very large 5K run/walk every year. And of course there Stanley Park! "
  • Lisa P., MD
"We have dogs in our neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly. Our neighborhood gets busy during the day as our street is used as a shortcut. There are times when vehicles and motorcycles drive too fast down our street that has lots of children."
  • Harley505
"Safe area fro children to grow up in... water sports, play grounds and public beaches! Local schools are outstanding!"
  • Harley505

  • Nicole
"great school! library, kids museum, sports facilities, stanley park. there are things to do in town as a family for little or no cost. mix of being closer to nature and convenience of city living. "
  • Master0113@comcast.net
"I've lived here for many years & great neighbors who "look out for" each other. Nice state park with beach nearby & shopping plaza... LOTS of pond (Hampton Ponds) nearby. There's a bit of "country" feel, but city convenience!"
  • Marcelle
