"the town is small and quaint. Has a golf course, but lacks minimal ammenities. A Family Dollar store recently opened and a subway is opening soon. However, the town has pockets of blight interdispersed amongst average home sites. Homes in this town do not appreciate quickly and the city council does not take action on lots that violate city ordinances. Some sites are ok, but don't expect a return on your investment over an extended period of time. Homelessness is rampant and alcohol prevails with the many drunk Indians walking around town. Garbage is often observed to spew throughout the town from the trash blowing from the lots owners that don't have any pride in taking care of their homes."
