Main master bedroom is on first floor (a second smaller master and two additional bedrooms are on level 2.) The main MBR and living/dining area all have great lake views. Master bath includes a whirlpool tub and shower stall, his and her dressing areas. The kitchen includes a breakfast area that easily accommodates a full size table and 4 chairs. There is an indoor laundry room with full size Maytag washer/dryer and a wash tub sink too. Upstairs, in addition to the three bedrooms are two full bathrooms. The is a open airy feel to the house.Outside there's a screened patio looking out on the lake and just two houses away is a lovely community pool large enough to swim laps while kids play.

I am extremely disappointed with the enrollment process at this school. I submitted all of the required registration documents over a month ago, yet I have had to do all of the follow-up myself. I’ve called repeatedly for updates, and communication has been very poor. As a parent, it’s unacceptable to have to chase down information after providing everything the school requested.The delay has left me worried that my son could end up being placed in a lower-level class simply because his registration has not been processed in time. The lack of urgency and communication has also left me questioning whether all families are treated with the same level of responsiveness. I expected a much more organized and equitable enrollment process.

"Not many kids in all sub communities Most communities have a pool but children can’t be alone under 14. There are tennis courts also. Very safe!"

"WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 3 AND 1/2 YEARS AND LOVE THE AREA. OUR NEIGHBORS ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THERE ARE MANY CULTURAL VENUES WHICH ARE LOCATED NEAR TO OUR HOME AND A NUMBER OF GOOD RESTAURANTS NEARBY. WE ARE DOG OWNERS, AS ARE MANY OF OUR NEIGHBORS, AND THE AREA IS VERY DOG-FRIENDLY, WITH PLENTY OF PLACES TO WALK. THE COMMUNITY POOL IS WELL MAINTAINED AND RARELY CROWDED. THE COMMUNITY IS PARTICULARLY GOOD FOR RETIRED COUPLES, BUT THERE ARE SOME YOUNGER COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO THE AREA IS THAT IT REQUIRES A CAR TO ACCESS MOST SERVICES."
