"Small town living . City schools are 5 out of 10. County schools are 7 out of 10. Crime is very little. "
  • Clkdoc52
"Hidden cove area. Safe drivers, safe for walking, pets and children. Good mix of older residents as well as younger couples with kids. "
  • Ilele
"A vehicle is needed in order to get around. I live in town, but there is a lot of surrounding country land. This is a farming community and has one of the states best community colleges. The town is old, but kept up well. If you want to shop you have to drive about 30 minutes. I like living here, it’s a nice town and away from Memphis. Most people drive out of town to work."

"Many families with school age children live here, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. There is a Golf course and pool in the Neighborhood as well. Great place!"
  • Gregory B.
"this is a great area to live in. there is a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. the air is clean and smells good."
  • Ashley
"I am currently living in Senatobia, although I'm just about two steps from Sarah. Even though my address is listed as Senatobia I am able to send my children to Strayhorn elementary. It is a very good public school. I live a little hidden in the woods, it's very quiet and peaceful, and my neighbors are very kind. The town of Senatobia is only 7 miles away, and it is a very clean and orderly town. They have 3 great play parks for kids, a movie theatre, a few good places to eat, some regular retail shops, and some very cute boutique stores. That's about it as far as entertainment goes, but Tunica, Southaven, and Memphis are only a short distance from there. It's a very good place to live. "
  • GD B.
"A beautiful quiet street where your neighbors are friendly and always waving hello. It is the all American Suburban Dream."
  • Elizabeth S.
"This area is not pet friendly at all. I've had three dogs shot by deer hunters. They shoot guns around my house at 6 in the morning. I have called the cops twice. I'm ready to move."
  • Tammy
"What a great area! It's very quiet, yet close enough to Memphis for shopping, Univ of Memphis or Ole Miss for ballgames and tailgating. Quiet town. Best kind of neighbors-close enough if you need something, but not in your business. "
