About this House

This is a great project/flip home. Located in downtown Howell. Was a rental home but decided to sell. Needs work, I do have a brand new tank less water heater and furnace that can be installed as well as a new bathroom cabinet. Already has new vinyl siding and new windows. Great location, lot to the east is a city lot so won't be built on.
