Directions: Washington St, left onto Bradford, Right onto Norlin. Home is on the left. Get to unit by going between the building on Jackson and the unit on Norlin, around back and up the stairs.

Tenant would need to hook up PG&E and garbage in their name. Tenant is responsible for paying $93 a month for water/sewer on top of rent. There is a mini-split for heat, or a propane wall heater, if tenant would like to use propane heater then they would need to hook up propane in their name. Renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000.00 liability is required.

A one year minimum lease is required. no smoking in any of our units. No pets!

    "There are no sidewalks here and most streets aren’t wide enough for two cars to pass. If you see a car coming the opposite direction somebody has to back up. The City does not haul yard waste away or remove downed trees limbs."
