Upstairs are two bedrooms both with queen size beds. One room has a TV. The tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower, radiant heat and conveniently located stackable washer/dryer. Available from October 1, 2022 - May 1, 2023.

Owner pays for water/sewer, snow removal and yard maintenance. There is no smoking, large parties or pets. This is only a Winter rental.

We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment.
