We all look out for one another around here.The house is cozy, well kept inside n out , newly remodeled with fresh paint threw out. some new vinyl windows, but all are double pained threw out the house. The bathrm.has a killer shower with a bench seat.roooomy, with storage. And a new towlet. . This home has an open floor plan, lots of light and makes it easy to entertain while cooking,it has a dishwasher,stove, microwave, frige,and a bar area. Forced air conditioning n heating, the home was weatherized.last year. Cable and Internet ready, also comes with washer and dryer. Parking for 2 and there is also a rv storage area .and a party hall in the park that can be rented out. Water garbage and sewer are paid and space rent is affordable, super close to covenants store , and banks.and mins from old town roseburg, there's few elementary schools near by and the river is only a hop skip n jump AWAY. Great place to retire or rase a family..
