New washer and dryer in apt. 2nd floor apartment with nice covered porch for grilling and hanging outside to enjoy the Vermont fresh air and view the brook as you listen to the sounds of the water from the covered porch. 3 bedroom, 1 bath with tub and shower. Utilities included. No smoking and no dogs. Garbage, snow and lawn care provided.
