This permanently affordable unit requires buyers to meet income limits as follows: 1 person $47,450, 2 persons $54,200 and three persons $61,000. Buyers are required to take a first time home buyer class prior to closing and a post closing class will also be required. Residents of Haven Terrace must perform 40 hours of work at the complex over a year's time doing, for example, shoveling, yard and garden work. Buyers must provide a pre approval stating that the lender will loan on a ground lease. No rentals. Buyers will be required to qualify with Dept of Housing & Community Development through Harborlight Community Partners

We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment.
