Lease Terms: One year Lease, Security deposit = 1 month rent plus first month rent and cleaning deposit due at move in. Security and cleaning deposit are refundable at lease end based on move-out condition. Landlord pays for city irrigation of front & back yards and pool service. Tenant pays electric & utilities.
