The house was built in 2014. It doesn't have bedrooms, just a big room on each floor and big lanai. It is possible to enclose some part of lanai and make a bedroom if you prefer that kind of design. The second floor is pretty high - 9ft, the wind from mountains brings cooler air at night.
It is possible to rent a first floor and live on a second floor or vice versa. The rent of the second floor would give you $950/ month or more if you choose to rent it as a vacation rental, the first floor -about $500+.
The house made of all natural materials: mostly wood, stone; surrounded by pretty garden.
It located 15 minutes walk to popular clothes optional Kehena beach.
The house is out of flood zone as well of tsunami evacuation zone. It is very quiet and theft free as well here.
