Located in a great family neighborhood, this four bedroom 2.5 bath Park Place townhome is in Derry Township School District. It's a short drive to downtown Hershey as well as Hershey Medical Center. The townhome has gas, hot water heater, electric cooking, central air and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Black/Stainless steel appliances include glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and washer and dryer provided on 2nd Floor hallway. Blinds, curtain rods and curtains are provided. Please note, no pets and no smoking allowed. The HOA provides Lawn Care and Snow Removal. However, if there is more than three inches of snow, the HOA does not remove from the driveway to the front door. Tenant pays all utilities: gas, electric, water. Owner pays HOA fees, sewer and trash. Property has yard. Section 8 is not accepted at this unit. Applicant must have credit score of 680+. Application Fee $25.00 if not through zillow.
