This home is a one-minute walk to the Seaview playground, a 10-minute walk to the Seaview lawn, and a 5-minute drive to Kehena Black Sand Beach. All roads in the neighborhood are paved.

Parking: There is space for a couple of cars in the front yard.

Unit is partially furnished with a full bed, twin bed, and futon. Furnishings can be removed if preferred. Existing beds can be converted into a twin over full bunk bed if desired.
