We've been in this school district for 6 years, with 5 different children having gone or still going to this school. The teachers here are great, and the administration is incredibly supportive. They are great with children with special needs as well. The student to teacher ratio is low enough that each student gets the time they need to learn.

"Beautiful out of town living at an in town price with the Mickelson trail near by. Great neighbors and close to work."

"The Deadwood and Lead area is a great place to raise your kids. The School system is excellent and the outdoor activities are the best. Everything from ATV riding, Snowmobiling, Skiing, fishing, camping, hiking is all within minutes of the area. If you like to be outdoors and love the small community life than this is the place to be. Many all year special events and great programs for adults and children. You will never get bored here!!!"
