Homes are beautifully maintained and it is close to everything, including beaches. The Arcadia zip code is misleading, because it a half hour away from Arcadia. It borders Punta Gorda's Deep Creek area, North Port and Port Charlotte. Since it is geographically midway between Fort Myers & Sarasota, a quick zip on I75 will get you to either city. "
