The spacious basement has been waterproofed with a transferable warranty. 1 1/2 car garage, the covered porch had decking and columns replaced in 2017 by (Reaser Construction), freshly painted dining room, main floor bath, hallways, stairways, added attic doors insulation. 2016: new programmable thermostat, new microwave. 2015: added whole house insulation and room, weather stripping on door (Ritsko Insulation). 2012: new washer & dryer, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors replaced. 2011: new windows for entire house. 2010: built 8x12 playhouse/shed. 2008: new furnace, added A/C and redid ductwork, new kitchen cabinets, sink, stove, microwave, disposal and dishwasher. 2004: Basement waterproofed (Ohio State Waterproofing), installed drain to back yard, new decking on back porch. The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
