Redfields is close to UVA and downtown yet has lower county taxes. Home backs to common area- great wooded view and easy access to the Nature Trail. Pool, playground and lake are close by. Eat-in kitchen / family room combination has adjoining den and elevated deck. Great natural light. Cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and handsome moldings and built-in bookcases. Cathedral ceiling in master suite. Large finished rec room could be divided to make a 5th bedroom or private office. Wood floors just refinished- they look great! Some interior painting just done, too. Owners have enjoyed the driveway's downward slope as play balls bounce into the side and back yards, not the street!

Gone through countless managers with everyone promising to make a change and the only thing that changes is the staff. Nothing gets fixed and the current office manager is rude. There is a serious rodent issue that everybody ignores and continually sends the insect companies to spray just so they can say they are doing something. Can’t wait to leave!!!"
