"The rainbow river is magical. Worth living near. I would recommend that anyone who is planning to move here have a job lined up as there are not many full time employment opportunities. When looking at the surrounding area, there is crystal river and hommassa springs and rainbow springs. They are great places to visit daily or weekly. The school system here is good because it’s a small town and everyone knows each other. There is opportunity in Beverly Hills which is close by. "

"There are no sidewalks so you walk in the road. The speed limit is 30 mph which is safe enough. Lots of folks walking dogs. I met wonderful people walking my dog. Big problem is no fences or dog runs allowed so unless you chain your dog, you walk them."

"we have neighborhood flea markets cookouts music events and on Halloween we gave a pumpkin patch and several Halloween events. "

"Many people walk heir dogs here. It’s a nice quiet area where the neighbors all wave to each other. While dog walking a neighbor or two usually comes to pet my dogs and chat. "

"I often drive 40 to 50 miles a day for work. the closest grocery or restaurant is 8 miles. costs for conveniences is much greater if you live in a rural area. But I prefer it"

"Have a park in walking distance to take the dogs and also alot of trails as well. there really is not anything to not like being a dog owner. "
