Respect each other's privacy, space, and property.
Keep shared areas clean and tidy after use.
No entering another person's room without explicit permission.
2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
During this time, please keep voices low, avoid loud phone calls, and lower TV/music volume.
Headphones are encouraged at night.
3. Guests
No overnight guests allowed. This is to ensure fairness with shared parking and protect everyone's sense of security.
Day guests are permitted until 9:30 PM, but must be respectful to others and abide by house rules.
4. Shared Bathroom Use
Three bedrooms share one bathroom please be courteous.
Limit showers to 15 minutes if others are waiting.
Clean up after each use this includes wiping counters, picking up hair, and disposing of trash properly.
5. Kitchen and Food Etiquette
Label your food in the fridge and pantry.
Do not take others' food or supplies without permission.
Clean counters, stovetops, and dishes immediately after use.
Dispose of food waste properly no food left out overnight.
6. Cleaning Responsibilities
The house is furnished and stocked with basic cleaning supplies.
A shared cleaning rotation will be implemented for common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room).
Each tenant will rotate weekly or bi-weekly.
Alternatively, a shared cleaning service can be arranged and split among tenants (if all agree).
Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves immediately.
7. Laundry
Laundry hours: 7:00 AM 10:00 PM.
Don't leave clothes in the washer or dryer unattended.
Be mindful of noise if doing laundry at night.
8. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs
No smoking or vaping indoors this includes bedrooms and bathrooms.
Smoking is allowed outside only dispose of butts properly.
No illegal drugs or substances are allowed on the property.
9. Pets
No pets allowed no exceptions.
10. Parking
Driveway parking is prioritized for those who arrive first. Be courteous no blocking others.
Street parking is available; follow city guidelines.
Do not park in or block neighboring driveways.
11. Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Report any suspicious behavior to the landlord and, if necessary, local authorities.
No firearms or weapons allowed in the home.
12. Furnishings and Supplies
