We are looking for a single family to rent our new remodel. ALL NEW: texture, paint, doors, knobs, lights, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, range, cabinets, counters, bathroom vanities, toilets, lights, floors, roof, gutters ,everything! These are our photos in progress. There is a fireplace up and down stairs. A living room up and down. 2 bedrooms up and 3 down. Yard in front and back to care for. Text is best. Tell us how many people youre looking for, family, pets?

Everything is brand new in the house.. Nothing will need repaired. :) You pay all of the utilities. NO smoking! We prefer no pets, but also understand they are family. We do require a pet deposit of $500 and $100/ more month. We want a good family to keep up the house.
