The system is backed up by gas hot water 13-zone central heating system, so the home will remain comfortable during long periods of cloudy days. Total utilities for this mountain home are far less than homes without this system, averaging $225/mo! This spacious home offers plenty of space for a small or large family. The floorplan would even allow for a home business to be run on the lower level, with the main level remaining private for the homeowner. A small to large business can easily be accommodated in this space. There are two large decks, one accessible only from the bedroom, the other is adjacent to the family room. The community here is like nothing I've ever experienced, with annual neighborhood block parties, halloween hay rides for the kids, Christmas parades, BBQ festivals, live music. I used to live in a subdivision (in Parker and Superior), and the vibe up here in Conifer is completely different. All of my neighbors would sacrifice their weekend and bend over backwards to help me, and I would do the same for them. If you want to be left alone, there's plenty of space to do that up here. If you want a tight knit community where you know the names of the hardware store employees and see your friendly neighbors at the grocery store, this it it. This really is the perfect place to call home, for all ages."
