    Beautiful, mostly level parcel with lots of trees, and several great building sites! There is room for horses, or some chickens and a nice garden...or just peace and privacy! Sand Canyon Road and Sunview are paved, so just a short drive on dirt roads to property. The lot sits down from the street a bit, and Seller states that there was a horseshoe driveway years ago, so some tree or shrub removal would be needed to restore that. Electricity and water are available! All this, and just 10 minutes to Hwy 58 if you commute to Mojave or Edwards. This is a must-see if you're considering a rural lifestyle!

People are terrific, wildlife run free and are respected, the mountain views leave me speechless, prices for Realestate are reasonable, Tehachapi is handy and provides access to extras, although with the amenities in BVS (other than to go to work) one never has to leave for recreation or necessities.
