About this House

Amazing 4 bed 2 bath with finished garage. Located just outside the city limits and 5 minutes from anywhere. The house is in easy walking distance to Summersill Elementary. Large back concrete patio with incredible covered roof. Includes a one of a kind out door kitchen (fridge, flat top, double sink with water heater, 4 burner stove top, and grill. All ran of a 1-2 propane bottle system. Large outdoor ceiling fan. Back yard fire pit, 2 sheds (10x12) (15x20). 6ft privacy fence, French drain system in backyard and attached to down spouts on the house. Double side gate to park trailer on spacious concrete driveway in rear of house. Widened driveway apron, extended 4 feet on left side and expanded driveway on side of house that attaches to the back patio and rear parking pad. There is a 30 amp trailer hook up on the rear of the house. 30 amp generator hook up on the side of the house with a manual transfer switch attached to the breaker box in the garage. The breaker box and breakers have been completely replaced in January of 2022. The heating and air unit has been replaced with in the past 2 years. New water heater 1 year old, new appliances and garbage disposal. New carpet in bedrooms.

And Town Center apartments being over $1300 a month! That is ridiculous. Rentals in that area were between 550-700. That is so sad."

That is so sad. I never thought I’d see the day where rentals on Starling St and York St and other streets are 1000-1200. That is RIDICULOUS for that area."

I have never had any issues living here and it has been a very safe environment so far from the time that I have lived here. I am very happy with everything except the roads which are bumpy and some potholes. These items get taken care of throughout the year."
