Big corner lot in a quiet area great for biking, hiking, walking and only 1/4 mile from the trail head and trails. The shared lake front has a great sandy beach as well as a boat launch a dock, a volleyball court, basketball court, ping pong and other activities. There are bathrooms at the lake and winter storage based on a lottery system. There are also dock spots available on a sign up basis. The permanent dock space is according to a waiting list. So much for the money! No where else can you have private shared beach access at this price! Great home for four season fun!

    "This cottage located on the SW side of Higgins Lake has plenty of wooded privacy yet access to one of the most beautiful lakes in Michigan. Plenty of year round outdoor activities from swimming, fishing, hunting, golfing, and skiing. Hike the numerous trails all around the county."

Higgins Lake North State Park is close, offering fun in the sun on the sandy beaches of a crystal blue lake.
