7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall the teachers are very nice and supportive. But they barley have enough teachers to teach core classes. The bathroom are very gross and not clean at all. I feel as I am lacking in certain education aspects I can not do basic math its very embarrassing to say that I can't but I honestly can't and no teachers has really helped me get better at math. And the entire 8th grade year was mostly stuff that I had learned in pervious years. I have been to Blanchester since I was in 1st grade and I have always felt left out and have never really had any friends Blanchester schools say that they have a very strict no bullying policy, but I have had things thrown at me and my friends at lunch and teachers saw and did nothing about it. In 6th grade I was ignored the entire school year I had no friends I wanted to make some friends but people would avoid me. If you are different from the "normal" people will be mean to you. Even if you report bullying to the staff might just talk to the person once and never do anything else about it. In 6th grade people would go as far as calling me the r slur. And all of these made things very hard for my mental health im not going to go into depth about it. Other then that its an ok school.Student Review2y ago - Blanchester High School

They always host events but not only is it far from everything and everyone, but when visiting you're greeted with bathrooms that are equivalent to a prison cell. The toilets leak, some of them are inoperable, the toilet seats look disgusting as the finish is coming off them (they are peeling showing pink and brown colors). The bleachers are always nasty too. If they can't even purchase some new seats for the toilets or hire a decent cleaning crew, then I would question the quality of other aspects of this school. It is clearly not well taken care of. I wish they would just give up hosting and come to other schools that are way nicer and convenient for visitors.Parent Review3y ago - Putman Elementary School

Our daughter has attended Putman for K-2, and they have always kept us informed about her performance and day to day activities. They also provided a lot of individualized attention. There are a lot of extracurricular activities for kids to get involved in, and the building/facilities are in good condition.Parent Review13y ago
