"there are no free range dog parks which I don't like. My dog really needs to get out and mingle with other dogs and also run and get excersize, and I have no where I can take him to do that."

"I live in the area and know that gated community well. Wide open areas, multiple major lakes within twenty minutes, Kirkwood skiing one direction, Bear Valley skiing in the other direction and both under 1.5 hours."

"San Andreas is the county seat, so we have a hospital here, the DMV, County offices and court house, Sheriff dept as well as CHP. Small town atmosphere. "
