As a new staff member here at Northridge, IU have to say I am blessed to be here!! I have an incredible group of students I work with,teach ,and coach. These students care about their school!! The staff here is a great team. We lookout for one another and support each other when we need it.I am so impressed with our leadership team. They genuinely care about the students and staff. It is amazing to be a part of their team.Salary is mid, but I appreciate it so much :)Love it here!!It is a GREAT DAY to bea Viking!!!!

it is a good school and very good teachers

This school does not communicate about your students daily activities. They discriminate against students with special needs. They suggest disenrolling with the other option being to force a student to catch up through acerlersted learning without support. Needing to complete 2 years of high school course work in one year while stuggling with a disability and no aid. This is one story of many. Students forced out because their needs are too inconvenient for the school district. Theyd rather focus on sports building stadiums huge balloon displays and pretty family engagement events that put up the facade of a great school but dont contribute to the mission of helping students or serving the community. Whatever the stuggle to provide support for these children are they need to endure them and fight for all of their student's success. It's truley unconcionable.
