Owner pays for water. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Easy freeway access and close to Cal State Long Beach and Long Beach City College. Downtown Los Angeles is 22 miles away. One small dog (30 lb limit) or cat; breed and size restrictions. $300 pet deposit and approved pet application.
Lease Terms
$35 Application fee (each adult over the age of 18 needs to fill out an application); please contact us for if interested in applying and to make sure unit is still available. Application process is done electronically on the longbeachpropertymanagement.com website by clicking the "apply now" button. Once application is approved, occupancy must take place no later than two weeks after approval. Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Applicant must have good credit and income at least 2.5 x the rent. One cat or small dog; breed and size restrictions. This is a non-smoking building. 1 year lease
