    "we do church events and help feed the homeless, we have a christmas and summer stroll down plumas street during their seasons, and walk to local gas stations. The community is calm and quite and it in the middle of the country. "

    "Good area for families and serious college students/young professionals. Its about a 15 min bike ride to the university/downtown & Chico high school. There is a small and clean park near by for dogs and a pretty good elementary school. An fancy Chinese restaurant and Omelette/Dining house is in a walking distance. Massage and spa near. But most of your entertainment needs will be downtown or on the east side of town which is still only a 10 min drive away or 15-20 biking (such as movie theaters). Not many college students live around here and the ones that do are pretty peaceful. The train is nearby but it is never bothersome and esplanade street can get crowded during 8am (work and highschool/univesity) and off hours 5pm. However, Chico "traffic" means it takes you 15 minutes instead of 10 mins to get across town. Which is honestly still pretty good compared to other cities."
