" Iโ€™ve lived in this neighborhood for three years. The neighbors are friendly and the whole community feels welcoming. It has that laid-back small town setting where things feel peaceful and unhurried. Everything you need is close by grocery stores, pharmacies and everyday shopping are just a short drive away, The hospital and medical offices are nearby along with doctors and specialists which giveโ€™s real peace of mind . Restaurants banks and other and other essentials are easy to reach as well..The cost of living in Tarboro is affordable, especially compared to larger cities and the housing is reasonably priced every day expenses is reasonably priced utilities stay manageable whether youโ€™re raising a family on a fixed income or enjoying retirement. You get a comfortable quality of life with ease so if you want a friendly welcoming and affordable place with everything close by this neighborhood is a wonderful choice. Iโ€™m moving onto the next chapter and my home here is currently on the market! So if youโ€™ve been looking this could be your chance I am listed on all platforms."

"Some people let their dogs out without a leash, so sometimes they end up in your backyard. And itโ€™s mostly big dogs too"
  • Patrick R.

"Nothing. Neighbors donโ€™t talk and some donโ€™t even wave. People Speed through neighborhood and cops donโ€™t care. "
  • Dana S.
"Looking for tranquility? Then consider this community. There is no crime here and the area abounds with wildlife and beauty. A great neighborhood for walking. and enjoying the outdoors. It's only a short distance to the Town Common, where festivals are held spring, summer, and fall. Downtown, there is a cafe that was rated "one of the top 100" in the country, On the Square. Durham and Raleigh are only an hour and a half away."
