    "This area is great for those who love the out doors. Plenty of wildlife in the area, close to Baker Reservoir and the Santa Clara River. The community is a clean community and the neighbors are great. Lots of area to ride horses, atv's or to take a walk. This is a rural area but there are two gas stations and a couple of restaurants within a couple of miles."
