Other features include tinted windows in the LR, custom Levolor blinds, built in surround sound speakers in main living areas, large 35 gallon hot water heater, GE appliances and washer/dryer hookup. The living room can be converted to a comfortable, private sleeping area as it has a new queen size sofa bed but also a sliding privacy panel used to partition this space from the kitchen and dining area. There are three heat sources for this park model: an ac/heat pump, electric fireplace in the living room and backup Coleman ducted furnace. TVs in the LR and bedroom convey with the unit in addition to the DVD/CD player.

Unlike most RV parks in the area, Camp Ocean Forest is open year round for your convenience and enjoyment. All interior furnishings and exterior furnishings in the pictures convey including the polywood deck furniture and large Rubbermaid storage unit. Updates to the unit in recent years include:
• New 17 x 8 second bedroom
• New AC/Heat pump installed 6 months ago.
• New Queen sleeper sofa purchased 10 months ago
• New microwave installed 3 months ago
