Flooring in entry is slate, with engineered oak plank flooring in most common areas, and large rectangular gray tiles in den make it easy to adapt traditional or modern ideas in the space. Guest bath has gorgeous brown marble tile floors with glass trim, please see photo for close up. Two gas fireplaces, one in living room and the other in the den, the former has blue green fire glass and a less traditional look. Most work in house done by a contractor neighbor employed by many in the community.

Fully fenced back yard with barbecue area, and room for a kitchen garden. Large cedar trees in side yard shade the house effectively and provide a wooded view. Back yard is lawn, pool and large areas of ornamental planting, including the palms. Large concrete slab with wood cover built approximately 2013, can fit large sectional or multiple table seating. Fantastic area for entertaining!

More photos to come. Tenants will be out Sept 1 unless you want to keep them, they’d love to keep renting. If they need an extra month, I’d like to give it to them so we might wish to entertain a rent back for a month.
